- Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation
- Processed orders are dispatched to Australia Post on the next business day
Shipping Options
- Express postage: $20 flat rate to all Australian states and territories
Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, estimated delivery times vary by location:

Order Tracking
- Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched
- Track your delivery status directly through Australia Post’s tracking system

- Once handed to Australia Post, delivery times depend on their network
- Ozzy Vapes cannot be held responsible for carrier delays due to weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume periods
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is temporarily unavailable:
- We’ll dispatch all available items within our standard timeframe
- Out-of-stock items will be sent separately when they arrive
- No additional shipping charges will apply for these secondary shipments
